This combo is a workhorse combo, the Tanacom 1000 reel it comes with is a powerful, high-performing, reliable reel and has proven itself time and time again. The rod is the Daiwa Grandwave 56XHFD and it comes with a bent butt and oversized swivel tip to reduce any chance of tip wraps. This deep drop combo comes fully spooled with Daiwa J Braid X4 80lb braid that is a reliable strong and long lasting braid that wont let go.
